***Please note that if a court is short score-keepers one observer from each team will be asked to assist the official***

Entry fee is $100.00 per team for the 3 on 3 tournament if received by August 1, 2010

All registrations received between July 1, 2010 and August 10, 2010 will be required to pay a $20.00 LATE FEE

REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON OR AFTER
AUGUST 11, 2010

******Please note that by mailing in registration and payment you acknowledge you have read and understood the rules and regulations of this tournament and agree that Mint City Shoot-Out is not responsible for lost or stolen items, or any injury that may occur during any of these events.  The Mint City Shootout has the right to change any team name deemed inappropriate by the committee.
