***Please note that if a court is short score-keepers one observer from each team will be asked to assist the official***
Entry fee is $100.00 per team for the 3 on 3 tournament if received by July 25, 2008 All registrations received between July 26, 2008 and August 1, 2008 will be required to pay a $20.00 LATE FEE REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON OR AFTER
All registrations must be accompanied by payment to be entered in tournament
NO cash refunds will be given
Incorrect information on the registration forms may result in the disqualification of team without refund
No player may participate on more than one team
Brackets are determined by 3 on 3 committee and ALL decisions are final!!!
Open to all ages—boys, girls, men, & women
No LATE registrations will be accepted
